Surgical kit
Our comprehensive collection of instruments, which includes everything a surgeon could ever need.
The instruments used in the surgical phase of implantation are available in kits.
The kit is ergonomically designed and versatile.
The arrangement of the instruments in the set is intuitive for easy and convenient implant placement.
The instruments are secured in the box with silicone holders. The box is available in plastic and steel. The steel and plastic boxes can be sterilised in an autoclave.
The kits are available in three standard variants of composition, but any kit can be modified at the request of the doctor, or the kit can be assembled according to individual preferences.

Recommendations
Disinfection should be carried out by complete immersion:
- titanium products in 1% chloramine solution or 3% formalin solution for 30 minutes;
- stainless steel products in 3% hydrogen peroxide solution with 0.5% detergent ("Progress", "Lotus", "Astra") for 80 minutes.
Pre-sterilisation cleaning of articles should be carried out with 3% detergent solution "Biolot" in the following sequence:
- preliminary rinsing under running water for 0.5 + 0.1 min;
- soaking in the washing solution at t 50 + 5C° for 15 + 1 minutes with full immersion;
- washing of each item in the washing solution for 0.5 + 1 min;
- rinsing under running water for 3 + 1 min;
- rinsing with distilled water for 0.5 + 1 min;
- drying with hot air at a temperature of 85 + 5C° until complete removal of moisture.
Sterilisation should be carried out:
1. in case of products made of titanium:
- steam method at t 132C° and overpressure of 2 bar for 20 minutes;
- steam method at t 120C° and overpressure of 1 bar for 45 minutes;
- air method at t 180C° for 60 minutes;
- air method at t 160C° for 150 minutes;
2. in case of stainless steel products:
- by steam method at t 132C° and overpressure of 2 bar for 20 min;
- by steam method at t 120C° and overpressure of 1 bar for 45 minutes.
Warnings
Disinfectants and cleaners containing high concentrations of chlorine or oxalic acid are not recommended for stainless steel products.
Improper or unsatisfactory handling of stainless steel products can lead to their destruction in a very short time.
Disinfection, pre-sterilisation cleaning and sterilisation of titanium and stainless steel products may be carried out by other methods in accordance with the developed methods of performing these procedures.
Visually inspect all instrumentation. Damaged or blunt instruments should not be used!
Do not allow blood or tissue residue to dry on instruments! Immediately after surgery, immerse instruments in disinfectant solution.
Do not store instruments if they are still wet or damp! Severely soiled instruments should be cleaned in an ultrasonic unit. Instruments with multiple parts should be disassembled before cleaning.
The use of hot air sterilisers is not recommended as this mode dulls the cutting edges of the instrument more quickly.
